FUN TOYS FOR THE OLDER CHILD 

For some children, toys cease to be so amusing after a certain age. It is always a struggle to find age-appropriate toys for the intellectually capable disabled child.

The toys in this category are unashamedly here to provide a bit of a laugh. After all play should be fun as well as intellectually and developmentally stimulating. They are a quite zany, but we do know from the photographs of children playing with them, that they do ‘tickle the funny bone' .
